Chives - Garlic Chives

Native to the province of Shanxi, China, garlic chives have a taste explanatory to their name although their flavour is more like garlic than chives. Garlic chives are high in vitamin C, riboflavin, potassium, vitamin A, iron, thiamin, and beta carotene.

Pairings:
Eggs, shrimp, white fish, rice, potatoes, pork, cucumber

How to Use:
Use in stir fry, tempura, dumplings, egg dishes.
